Dr A. T. Pierson once said, 'There has never been a spiritual awakening in any country or locality that did not begin in united prayer.'

This sounds really cool. Happy Mother's Day, Luke! I'm glad you finally gave in and let God use you. I just met a teacher at my Hakuoh University, here in Japan. You know I'm in Japan right? Anyway, I met a Christian English teacher from Hawaii. He's been teaching at the school since it started 21 years ago. He has a small Bible Study going where he teaches English and morality through the Bible. One of the other exchange students here went to high school with me and is also a Christian. His name is Mike, and I am actually using his laptop to write this. Anyway, this teacher, Glenn, is a really cool guy and since his Bible Study overlaps with a time when we are supposed to be in English lounge and most of the students who attend his Bible study are studying English, we think we might be able to bring the Bible Study into a corner of the English lounge at school, and people could who come in to speak in English, would be able to listen to what's going on. Anyway, God is moving everywhere it seems, and I just wanted to encourage you and say, "Hi.", since I haven't seen you in like a few years.

Interesting to know.

"Someone said that when we work, we work; but when we pray, God works. His supernatural strength is available to praying people who are convinced to the core of their beings that he can make a difference. Skeptics may argue answered prayers are only coincidences, but as an English archbishop once observed, "It's amazing how many coincidences occur when one begins to pray."
